Traveling to Canada
I am in the process to be traveling to Canada very soon. I was wondering if anyone had any sight seeing things or things to do in the BC Richmond area to do that are reasonable.
I have a few questions for those that have gone to Richmond Canada (and I'm sorry for the length of the questions)
What are your suggestions?
When is the best time to go?
What is the cost of an average trip for 5 days?
How much is food and hotel?
What hotels do you recommend?
What to do when you get there?
What to do before I get to Canada to prepare for my trip?
Do I need a passport and if so which kind to get?
What are the laws out there?
From what I gather the locals are friendly and pretty laid-back. The weather is colder than my sunny California weather. I know that everything is expensive out there but how much more expensive?
Does anyone have any experience?
